Amy was diagnosed unexpectedly at the age of 14 with Ewing sarcoma after complaining about severe pelvic pain while participating in a swimming competition.

After 14 rounds of gruelling chemotheraphy and a major pelvic surgery, Amy was declared cancer-free.

Today, she has celebrated more that 12 years being in remission, got married this year, and is now pregnant with her first child!
